Welcome to my holistic nutrition video series! I'm Chandis, a wife, mom, and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for over a decade now. I've dedicated my career to supporting moms and families in navigating nutrition and health.
Now as a homeschooling mom of three, my professional work, motherhood experiences, and Christian faith have all culminated in creating this video series, "Eating Close to Nature."
Within the 12 video episodes and included downloadable materials, you'll learn my solutions for the top questions virtually every client I've worked with has asked:
1. Why do you choose the foods that you do to feed your family?
2. What specific products do you recommend while sticking to a budget?

This course was a God-ordained blessing. It is so impactful and graceful that I just had to share it! I am leading a small group of high schoolers and moms through it. In that episode, you will see how I combine dietetic teaching, practical application, and specific brands to guide you to making wise nutrition choices for yourself and your family.
Most moms find it best to watch the series at their own pace. The series plays well on your phone or computer. This content is kid-friendly and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

I tried to make this series highly practical and that's why I showcase dozens of items, ingredients, and products that I actually use and you can find in stores and online. Although I recommend products I am NOT endorsed, affiliated, or compensated by these products. Over time products will change, ingredients will be altered, mergers or buy-outs of healthy brands will occur, so ultimately I encourage every mom to be knowledgeable about how to read and understand nutrition labels, which I help guide you through in this series.
